Since we started this site we have received many questions, so we thought we would put some of them here in one convenient spot. We will update this page as we get more questions. If you don't see your question here please don't hesitate to ask.
How do I pay you if I don't have a PayPal account?
If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal account.
I don't want to create a PayPal account. Do I have to pay you with PayPal?
Just enter via the 'Check out with PayPal' button and you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card information.
I forgot my PayPal password so how can I pay you?
If your login attempts are unsuccessful you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information. After you've completed that process, you'll be able to recover your PayPal password by using the online password recovery tool.
I live outside of the United States. Will you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer UPS World Ship for international collectors. During the time that our preview articles and splash page have been up we have noticed that there have been many visitors from England, Canada, France, Germany and several other countries. Therefore, we are preparing for international collectors as well.
Will your main focus be Star Wars figures?
Yes, the beginning focus of the site will be Star Wars because we know that best (we are collectors first). Where we go from there we want you to take us. We will have a method for you to provide input on what items you want us to apply our system to. We have set up relationships with numerous manufacturers so that we can seek out new items as you tell us you want them. Our preview articles (see links at top of page), give you a sense of how the elements of our system work together to allow you to hand pick items out of our inventory to get just the one you want. This system can be applied to any type of item.
What about high-end items such as mini-busts or statues?
Our site will include a survey where collectors can provide input on items they would like us to add to our inventory. We will begin with Star Wars and Halo 3 action figures and vehicles. We want collectors to direct how we grow from there.
What kind of cases do you plan to use for the figures?
We stock a wide selection of Pro-Tech Star Cases and in most instances that is what we use. However, the 2008 Legacy Collection does not fit any current Pro-Tech case without bending the corners of the card, so we purchased official Hasbro Star Wars cases for those. We would use the official cases more, but it is difficult to buy them in the quantities we need.
As collectors, we would really like to be able to brand our own protective plastic cases, however, the quantity required to make that realistic is way up there.
We will be offering many items for which there is no protective plastic case, such as the comic packs. Their packaging seems to hold up really well in shipping.
All of our items will be packed using our Shield Packing System© (see Preview Article 3) and should arrive in excellent condition with our without protective plastic cases. We just decided to take the extra precaution with action figures since there are plastic cases for them.
I open my figures. Will there be a way I can order a figure without a case?
Inventory items that fall below our minimum grading standard will be sold as open. We will also offer several "Collector Clubs" that you can subscribe to at not cost. One of these clubs will be for "Army Builders" who open their figures. Once you subscribe to this club you will be notified when open items become available for purchase.
