      Sales Tax
      THE COLLECTORATE is required to charge a sales tax of 6.25% for orders shipped to Florida addresses only. Orders shipped to any location outside of Florida will not be charged any sales tax.

      Return Policy
      THE COLLECTORATE takes your collection as seriously as you do.
      If you have any concerns with your order, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of order arrival.

      UNOPENED ITEMS
      Collectors may return unopened items within 14 days of order arrival for any reason, just take into account the following:

      • Items must be unopened.
      • Packaged sets must be returned complete and unopened.
      • Items must be returned in the original condition.
      • Items not in original condition will not receive full refund.
      • Items must be shipped back inside a shipping box with adequate protection.
      • Refunds are issued in either the original method of payment or store credit.
      • Refunds are processed once the items arrive back at THE COLLECTORATE.
      • Shipping fees to and from THE COLLECTORATE are not refundable.
      • THE COLLECTORATE will make the final determination on what is "unopened" and "original condition."
      • You must contact Customer Service before returning any items.

      DEFECTIVE ITEMS
      Collectors may request a replacement within 14 days of order arrival for any item in their order that has a manufacturer's defect in the actual collectible (not packaging) with the exception of items sold as defective. This does not apply to defects in packaging. All items on our website are rated for packaging quality. Therefore customers have the ability to choose based upon packaging quality.

      • Defective items will be replaced with the same item and shield rating only.
      • We will cover shipping to and from THE COLLECTORATE for defective items.
      • If a replacement item is not available, a store credit will be issued.
      • If the item was noted as having any defect in the product description on our website when it was purchased,
        then this policy is not applicable. Products where any defects are noted are sold "as-is" with no return available.
      • Contact Customer Service if you receive a defective item other than one that was noted as defective.
